It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact the shipping carrier for a reschedule or us for further tracking updates. 
Badenber does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.
